摘要
设计了一种基于测距原理的轮胎外形轮廓检测系统。该系统由2部分组成:上位机采集激光传感器检测的从固定位置到轮胎表面的距离数据并进行处理,得出表征轮胎外形轮廓的各项性能指标;运动控制系统用来完成激光传感器的定位控制,并和上位机相互协调完成轮胎外形轮廓的全自动检测。经过实际的测试,测试周期在20 s左右,重复性误差在0.3 mm以内,检测项目能较全面的反映轮胎的实际外形轮廓情况。
A contour figure testing system for tyre is designed based on the distance detection principle. The system is made up of two parts :laser sensor is used as the detection device to measure the location data from a fixed distance to the surface of the tyre, a computer processing the collected distance data , then eliciting various performance index which could characterize the tyre contour figure; a motion control system used to complete the positioning of the laser sensor, and completed the automatic tyre testing of the contour figure coordinating with the host computer. After the practical test in which the cycle is around 20s, the repeating error is less than 0.3 mm,and the test items could roundly reflect the actual contour figure situations of the tire.
