摘要
建立了建筑业"国退民进"的合作博弈模型,分析了博弈方的特征与利益诉求,对建筑业"国退民进"的合作博弈模型进行求解,对民营建筑企业并购国营建筑企业的案例进行了简要分析。
The cooperative game model for the mergers and acquisitions between private construction enterprises and state - owned construction enterprises was established in China＇s construction industry, the characteristics and interests of players in the game and the cooperative game model were analyzed. A brief analysis for some M ＆ A cases between private construction enterprises and state -owned construction enterprises was carried out.
