摘要
制度建设是中国共产党建设的重要课题,邓小平在中国共产党的历史上第一次比较系统地论述了党的制度建设理论,第一次把党的制度建设提到"关系到党和国家是否改变颜色"的高度,认为制度建设带有根本性、全局性、稳定性和长期性,丰富和发展了毛泽东的建党理论。邓小平制度建党思想对于提高党的领导水平、巩固党的执政地位,对于当前和今后党的制度建设具有重大的现实意义。
System Construction is an important issue in the construction of the Communist Party of China. Deng Xiaoping first relatively and systematically describes theory of the Party＇s system construction in the history of the CPC. And he firstly puts system construction of Chinese Communist Party to a high degree of relating to whether changing the color or not for the party and state. He holds system construction is fundamental, overall, stability, longterm. It has enriched and developed Mao Zendong＇s theory of Party building. Deng Xiaoping＇s thought of system construction is of great practical significance for improving the level of the party＇s leadership, consolidating the party＇s ruling status, current and future institutional construction of the party.
