摘要
企业社会责任(CSR)已经成为评价一个企业优劣的重要尺度和赢得国际贸易竞争的重要途径。国家电网公司近年来的企业社会责任实践为国内企业履行社会责任起到了表率和引领作用。文章介绍了国家电网公司提出企业社会责任战略的背景和内容,对其在承担社会责任过程中存在的不足之处进行了分析和总结,并提出了相应的建议。
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been deemed as an important measure to evaluate an enterprise's performance and a significant approach for an company who wants to win the international trade competition. In recent years, State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) has taken the leading position among domestic enterprises in fulfillment of the CSR. In this paper, backgrounds and contents of CSR strategies of SGCC are introduced, the incomplete aspects existing in fulfillment of the CSR are analyzed and summarized, and related suggestions are brought forward.
