摘要
针对某砖混住宅楼桩基工程施工中的漏桩事故,在综合对比了补桩、加大基础底面积、树根桩等方案后,决定采用锚杆静压桩进行桩基托换处理,并对锚杆静压桩进行了设计计算,提出了施工和沉降观测要点。工程实践表明,此方法成本低,可靠度高,且基本不影响工期,已竣工两年,处理部位未发现异常,取得了预期的效果。
In a pile engineering practice of masonry structured building, two piles are lost because of construction control. Static pressing anchored piles foundation underpinning are determined to use after analyzing many methods including adding piles, increasing foundation area, and root piles. In this article, the anchored piles are designed and calculated, and some key decision about constructing and monitoring to subsidence are brought forward. The outcome of the engineering practice shows that the method's fiduciary level is high and the method doesn't affect the construction period basically, and no abnormity is founded in the position two years later after the project finishing.
