摘要
近十年来,高等职业院校对外合作交流事业取得了巨大的发展。为适应创示范性院校新形势的要求,外事工作也要投入到创示范性教改实践中去。这项工作应从改善外籍教师管理入手,严把入口关,制定科学的管理制度,有效地开展与外籍教师交流、沟通,实行人性化管理;建立外籍教师教学质量的评估体系,有序地开展教学质量评估;吸取他们先进的教学理念和教学方法,为我所用;建立科学有效的激励机制,提高管理水平,从而在提高外籍教师聘用管理效益方面起到示范作用。
The foreign cooperation and exchange of higher vocational institutions have obtained great achievement in the past ten years. To meet the requirement of the new circumstance of constructing a demonstrative college, the paper, on the basis of the work experience, puts forward that foreign affairs work should be closely related to educational reform. Improving foreign teachers management, being strict while taking them in, mak- ing scientific management regulations, communicating effectively with them, and human-based management should be put into practice. Foreign teachers' teaching quality evaluation system should be established to precede the evaluation work in order and absorb the foreign teachers' advanced teaching logos and methods. An effective encouragement mechanism should be set up and improved.
