静脉大剂量糖皮质激素治疗中、重度甲状腺相关眼病疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察大剂量糖皮质激素治疗中、重度甲状腺相关眼病的疗效。方法对27例中、重度甲状腺相关眼病患者,予静脉滴注甲基强的松龙500mg/d,连续3d,间隔4d。第2周再静脉用药3d后改口服强的松,60mg/d,每周递减5～10mg,直至5mg/d,维持1～2个月。结果23例临床症状明显改善,有效率85.2%。未见不良反应。结论大剂量糖皮质激素治疗中、重度甲状腺相关眼病疗效满意。
