摘要
作为科学学的开创者,贝尔纳同时也是广义的科学社会学的奠基人之一,然而他与科学社会学的创立者默顿的科学思想却存在很大的差异,其根源就在于他们的科学观不同,而他们科学观的树立虽然有着共同的时代背景和科学自身生存发展的困境,但他们却有着不同的理论渊源和学术背景,对马克思主义思想有着程度不同的理解和领悟,以及个人不同的兴趣和爱好。对他们科学观差异的原因进行比较分析有助于清晰地理解和掌握他们各自的科学社会学思想。
Bernal,as the pathfinder of meta-science,is one of the founders of generalized sociology of science.However,there are sharp differences bettween his ideas and those of Merton's.Merton,as the fouder of sociology of science,holds different viewpoints of science,which is the key point to account for the differeces between him and Bernal.Although Bernal and Merton go through the same times and witness the predicament of the development of science,they have distinct theory origin and academic background.Moreover,they differ from each other in understanding of Marxism thought and personal interest and hobbies as well.Hence,the analysis of the reasons of their different viewpoints of science is helpful to understand and know well about their respective ideas on sociology of science.
