摘要
目的探讨术前访视对结肠癌患者生理和心理状况的影响。方法将住院行择期手术结肠癌患者128例,随机分为实验组和对照组各64例。实验组在常规护理基础上,于手术前1日进行访视,手术日由访视护士接入手术室。观察和评估患者生命体征和心理状况的变化。对照组患者术前、术后采取常规处理。结果实验组患者焦虑和恐惧水平、心率、血压与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。术前晚实验组患者睡眠情况与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论通过术前访视对结肠癌手术患者进行护理干预,有效减轻手术引起应激反应,维持患者生理和心理状况的稳定,有利于手术过程的顺利进行,使患者安全渡过围术期。
Objective The impact of preoperative interview on the psychological status and physical signs of colon cancer patients who would experience operation.Methods Admitted to hospital for elective surgery patients 128 cases,the patients are divided randomly into observation group and control group which contains 64 patients.The patients in the control group are treated by conventional care while the patients in the observation group are visited by the nurse of the operating room on the day before operation and the patients are entranced into the operating room by the visiting nurse on the day of operation.Results The level of anxiety and fear,sleep status before operation,heart rate and blood pressure in the observation group are different from those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The preoperative interview can reduce the patient＇s stress reaction and maintain the physical signs stabile,it can also help the operation process,so the patients can have a safe status in the preoperative and postopetative period.
