摘要
骨盆环的稳定主要依赖于其周围的软组织，包括耻骨联合，骸骼关节前后部诸多韧带和骨盆面的软组织。骨盆环前部结构是耻骨联合和耻骨支。对骨盆环的稳定作用只占40％．而后部结构占其稳定作用的60％。对于骶髂关节韧带的研究多年来集中在力学研究较多，但对其本体感觉功能却知之甚少，近年来人们对膝关节和踝关节等的本体感觉研究较多．
