摘要 针对车辆监测的信息化、集成化、共享化要求,基于Web Service,结合Struts2,Spring,Hibernate技术开发了一个公路车辆监测记录系统.该系统基于Levenberg-Marquardt算法的车牌识别技术及角色的动态权限管理技术,通过对监测数据分析、处理,特别是车辆车牌信息的自动识别与处理,实现对肇事逃逸、嫌疑车辆、交通违章等黑名单车辆的查控与处置.实践表明:该系统与原有系统相比具有交通信息的共享性高、扩展性好、维护性强等特点. To achieve the goal of informatization,integration and sharing for vehicle monitoring,a monitoring system of vehicles on highways based on Web Service has been developed, combined with Struts2, Spring and Hibernate technique. The system's key technologies have been presented,including license plate recognition based on Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm and dynamic, authority management based on roles. Through monitoring data analysis and processing ,especially license plate automatic recognition technology, the illegal vehicles control and disposal such as traffic hit-and-run, suspicious vehicles and peccancy vehicles can be achieved. Compared with the old C/S system, this system has several advantages:flexible expansibility and maintainability, high efficiency of traffic information sharing sources.
