摘要
目的:调查我院抗茵药物应用情况,评价抗茵药物的合理性。方法:调查2007年全年全部住院患者使用抗菌药物的情况,分上半年(1～6月份)和下半年(7～12月份)。对抗茵药物的使用率、联合应用、用药指征等进行对比性评价。结果:通过上下半年抗茵药物的调查对比,下半年抗茵药物的使用率明显降低,但抗茵药物的联用尚不够合理,无指征的使用率偏高。结论:我院要加强抗茵药物临床应用管理,尤其是加强用药指征和合理性方面的管理。
Objective.. To investigate the application conditions of antibiotics in our hospital and evaluate its rationality. Method.. The appliation conditions of antibiotics in our hospital during 2007 were investigated. The usage rate, combined application and medical indication of the first half year （1-6m） and the second half （7-12m） were compared and analyzed. Result： The second half year had lower usage rate and inappropriate combined application. Conclusion： We should strengthen clinical management of antibiotics, especially for the strengthening of medical indication and rationality.
