193nmArF准分子激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱无内标定量分析镍铜合金的研究 被引量:2

摘要 激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱LA-ICP-MS作为一种强大的分析技术,原位、实时、快速的分析优势以及较高灵敏度,较好的空间分辨率(5.160μm),多元素测定及可提供同位素比值信息的检测能力,不仅避免了湿法消解的样品前处理复杂、待测元素污染问题等缺点,而且消除了水和酸所致的多原子离子干扰,还提高了进样效率,增强了ICP-MS的实际检测能力。LA-ICP-MS已经成功的应用于冶金分析领域钢铁成分的直接分析以及不同的钢铁基体涂料的深度剖析。
