摘要 利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵催化氯乙酸和4-甲氧基酚合成4-甲氧基苯氧乙酸,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵具有较高的催化活性,可以加快合成4-甲氧基苯氧乙酸。反应过程考察了各种条件对产率的影响以及催化剂的重复使用性能。结果表明,反应的最佳条件为:在80℃下,4-甲氧基苯酚和氯乙酸的摩尔比为1∶4,催化剂质量为0.3g,反应时间为3.5h。在此条件下反应,4-甲氧基苯氧乙酸的产率为54.31%。该催化剂的用量很少,而且易于回收,并且可以重复使用。 Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide was used to catalyze chloroacetate and 4-methoxy-phenol was used to synthesize 4- methoxy-phenoxyacetic acid. Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, which has a higher catalytic activity, could accelerate the synthesis of 4-methoxy-phenoxyacetic acid. The influence of each condition on the yield and the repeated using performance of catalyst were reviewed in the reaction process. Results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were: the temperature was 80 ℃, the molar ratio of 4-methoxy-phenol and chloroacetate was 1:4, weight of catalyst was 0.3 g, and reaction time was 3.5 h. Under the conditions, the yield of 4-methoxy-phenoxyacetic acid could reach 54.31%. The use of catalyst was small, and the catalyst could be recovered and reused.
