高层建筑连梁设计方案选取与优化

Selection and Optimization of Coupling Beam Design in High-rise Buildings

摘要 考虑设计中常用的刚度折减,比较了几种比较实用的连梁方案如普通混凝土连梁、钢骨混凝土连梁、双连梁等的最大承载力、延性、施工方便性等,指出各种连梁的适用条件,保证其具有较好的延性和承载力;对于新型的双连梁方案,通过ETABS软件建立模型,对双连梁与普通连梁内力进行分析研究,证明其能较明显的降低连梁的内力,保证承载力满足要求.通过本文的分析,为高层建筑中能够选取合理连梁方案提供指导. Considering stiffness degradation in design,several practical forms of coupling beams,such as common concrete coupling beam,steel reinforced concrete coupling beam and dual coupling beam,were compared for the maximum load-carrying capacity,ductility,and feasibility of the construction.In order to guarantee better bearing capacity and ductility,the application condition of every kind of coupling beam was pointed out.For innovative dual coupling beam,by means of ETABS analysis,compared the common coupling beam with dual coupling beam,it is proved that dual coupling beam can reduce the internal force of the beam,and guarantee the maximum capacity.By means of analysis,the paper provides useful guidance to the design of coupling beam form in the high-rise buildings.
