摘要
添加淀粉、变性淀粉和自制的乙二醇葡萄糖苷制备聚氨酯弹性体,通过实验筛选出各组分的工艺配比.用此配比制得的聚氨酯弹性体吸水率为9%左右,强度提高15%,改性制得的聚氨酯弹性砂轮用于磨削时磨削量提高15.4%,而砂轮磨耗率降低28.5%.
The polyurethane elastomer was prepared by adding starch, modified starch and homemade glycol glucoside. The optimum composition ratio was screened out through the experiments. Polyurethane elastomer prepared according to the optimum composition ratio had lower water absorption rate (about 9% ) and higher strength (improved by 15% ). When used for grinding, the grinding wheel made of the modified polyurethane elastomer can improve the grinding depth by 15.4% and reduce the abrasion ratio by 28.5%.
