摘要
伴随着我国城市化的发展,农村职业教育日益成为备受社会关注的问题。城市化进程是以人力资本的提升为基础的,农村职业教育作为以培养职业技能为主的教育模式,在农村城市化进程中起着至关重要的作用。农村职业教育是农民获得现代化职业技能的重要途径,为农民生活方式、价值观念的转变奠定基础,同时,农村职业教育为农村的发展提供专业技术人才。必须确立城乡统筹的指导思想,政府要对农村职业教育加强财政支持,使农村职业教育形成多层次、多渠道、多形式的教育培训体系,实现农村职业教育的多元化发展。
With the development of urbanization in China, there is a problem that can not be ignored. The problem is the issue of vocational education in rural areas, The upgrading of human capital is basis of the process of urbanization. So the vocational education in rural areas of which purpose is mainly training vocational skills plays a vital role. The purpose of the article is how to improve vocational education in rural areas. The author discusses the important role of the vocational education for the urbanization, analyzes the existing prob- lems in China＇s rural vocational education, and then proposes measures to improve the problems. We should clear guiding ideology, strengthen the assistance from the Government and protection of the law, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, and achieve the diversification of the development of the vocational education in rural areas.
