摘要
在《卫生管理学》课程教学中,通过理论教学、模拟实训、现场实习"三维一体"教学模式,对医学生进行管理素质和能力的训练,以达到医学生的管理品质和技能的和谐共进。卫生管理课程"三维一体"教学模式的设计与实施,是一项系统工程,必须对课程教学资源进行优化配置,才能确保教学模式的有效运行,才能使学生的管理素质和技能得到同步提升、和谐共进。
In the "Health Management" course teaching, adopting "three-dimensional integrated" teaching model of theoretical teaching, simulation training and on-site training to train medical students' management quality and ability and help them achieve the management quality and skills in harmony. The design and implementation of Health Management Program's "three-dimensional integrated" teaching model is a systematic project.
