摘要 大型灯泡贯流泵水力性能良好但结构复杂,根据南水北调东线工程蔺家坝泵站采用的齿轮箱联接减速传动灯泡贯流泵的特点,对其总体布置和支撑结构进行专题设计与研究,确保机组安全、稳定和高效运行。同时,分别对水泵叶片角度调节装置的结构和工作原理、水泵叶片先进的"V"型密封技术、迷宫和空气围带相结合的主轴密封技术及机组的支撑轴承进行了探讨,可为其它大型灯泡贯流泵的设计和制造提供参考。 The large-scale bulb tubular pump is good in hydraulic performance but with complex structures.According to the characteristics of Linjiaba pumping station of the east route project of South-to-North Water Diversion,the general arrangements and supporting structures of large-scale gear-driven bulb tubular pump had been designed and investigated,in order to ensure that it could run safely,stably and efficiently.The structures of vane angle adjustment,the seals of vanes,main shaft seal apparatus and bearing supports were discussed and this research provided reference for design and manufacture of other similar bulb tubular pump sets.
