摘要
探讨了中性盐、温度、染料用量对雄蚕丝直接染料染色性能的影响,比较了雄蚕丝、普通蚕丝和棉的染色性能。实验结果表明:中性盐对染色起到促染作用;随着温度的升高,上染百分率增加;上染百分率随着染料浓度的增加而降低。雄蚕丝的上染速度和上染率明显高于普通蚕丝和棉纤维。
The effects of the addition of neutral salts, the dyeing temperature and the amount of dye on dyeability of male silk dyeing with direct dye were discussed. The differences of dyeability among male silk, normal silk and cotton were compared. The results showed that neutral salts took an accelerating effect ; the dyeing rate increased with the uptake of the temperature and decreased with the uptake of dye concentration. The dyeing rate and the dye-uptake of male silk were higher than those of normal silk and cotton distinctly.
