摘要
我国水库一般都承担了供水、发电、灌溉、水产、航运等多种服务功能,但也对库区生态环境造成了多方面的负面影响。文中分析了水库主要的生态环境问题,并提出一些治理措施,尽量达到预防为主,防治结合的目的。此外,为了水库开发利用与环境保护能更好地协调发展,还需要加强水库生态学的科学理论技术研究。最后指出,政府的政策支持也相当重要。
The reservoirs in our country have many kinds of service functions, such as supplying water, generating electricity, irrigating, aquatic produces and shipping. However, they also cause the negative efforts on the ecological environment of the reservoirs areas. This paper analyzed the main ecological environment problems and consulted the administration situations of other reservoirs. Then gave some measures. We had better put the preventing job in the first place, and at the same time, pay attention to the administration. Besides, in order to make the reser-voir development and the environmental protection develop in harmony, the fundamental research of the reservoir ecology should be strengthened. At last, the paper pointed out that the policies of the government also play an important role.
