摘要
目前我国公益事业蓬勃发展,而我国公益信托受托人制度却存在很多问题。公益信托要顺利发展离不开受托人制度的完善,当前建立基金会与信托投资公司为公益信托受托人的制度是符合我国国情的,要充分发挥二者在公益信托中的优势,有必要对其重新审视和构建。
Nowadays,the demand of public welfare is great,but the system of Community Trust have not constructed.The smooth development of Charitable Trust depends on the sound system of Community Trust.Currently Foundation and Trust and Investment Corporation to be the trustee is in line with the national conditions of our country.Meanwhile it is necessary to rebuild them to give full play to both the public trust in the superiority.
