摘要
从区域经济的视角看,参与多区域经济合作的状况直接反映该区域的可待续发展能力。根据系统原理,参与多区域合作,以便使区域经济在动态的开放的环境下,得予良性互动。作为欠发达、欠开发的民族贫困地区黔西南州要在系统内外的能力量交换和互补中,放大系统功能,就必须积极参与多区域合作。其重要意义是使本区域经济在动态的、开放的、优化的环境中,又好又快地发展。
From the viewpoint of the regional economy, the economical cooperation situation directly reflects the regional ever- lasting developing ability. Based on the systematic theory, the regional economy can by developed interactly well in a more regional cooperation and dynamic openly environment. The Southwest of Guizhou Autonomous Prefecture can enlarge the systematic function to develop the regional economy in the under-developed poor national rural area for energetic exchange and interaction both in and out the system, which can make the regional economy develop rapidly and meaningfully in a dynamic, openly and good environment.
