摘要
农民工是推动我国经济发展的重要力量,也是目前社会关注的热点群体之一,随着我国改革开放和工业化、城镇化的纵深发展,青年农民工将成为这一群体的主导力量。在我国,政府、企业和青年农民工自身三个层面都存在制约青年农民工职业发展的因素,要解决青年农民工职业发展问题,国家和社会应加强对企业的法律与道德约束,企业应注重青年民工的职业生涯规划和思想教育,并加强企业文化建设。
Migrant rural workers are important power to promote the development of Chinese economy and one of the groups to which our society put much attention. With the deep development of Chinese reform and opening - up, industrialization and urbanization, young migrant rural workers will be the mainstay of this group. In China, factors hindering the career development of young migrant rural workers exist in the level of Chinese government, enterprises and young migrant rural workers themselves. To solve the problem of career development of young migrant rural workers, Chinese government and society should strengthen the legal restraints and ethical bonds of enterprises, enterprises should lay stress on the career planning and ideological education of young migrant rural workers and enhance the corporate cultural restructuring.
