摘要
当前不少农林院校大学生在择业过程中存在着不同程度不良心态,直接影响着择业的过程和结果,甚至影响到学校和社会的稳定。通过对农林院校大学生不良择业心态的分析,有针对性地提出塑造农林院校大学生正确择业观的对策。
There is unhealthy psychology in the course of employment of agricultural and forestry universities graduates,which directly affects the process and result of employment,even the stablity of universities and society.The unhealthy psychology is analyzed,and the countermeasures of shaping the correct view of employment are put forward.
