摘要
2009建设与房地产管理国际学术研讨会(ICCREM2009)于中国北京的中央财经大学召开。论文综述了研讨会特邀主题报告人的报告和主要观点,以及各专题发言人的观点,并由此归纳出目前建设与房地产管理研究的热点。
The international conference on construction and real estate management 2009 was held in the Conference Hall of Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, China on November 5-6, 2009. This paper summarized the presentations and crucial points of view from keynote speakers and the ideas of other speakers. The current hot topics about construction and real estate research were outlined accordingly.
