摘要
目的:总结手术室护理隐患因素并提出预防措施,以提高手术室护理工作质量。方法:从管理制度、无菌操作、器械准备、护理技能、护理记录等方面分析存在的隐患因素,并提出相应的预防措施。结果:通过采取相应的预防措施,手术室护理安全隐患明显减少,取得了良好的效果。结论:手术室护理隐患因素分析合理,预防措施有效,能提高护理工作质量。
Objective：To analyse factors of nursing hidden danger in operating room and put forward corresponding preventive measures for improvement of nursing quality.Methods：The factors of hidden danger existed were analysised in fields of management system,aseptic manipulation,instrument preparement,nursing skills,nursing records,and so on,then the corresponding preventive measures were put forward.Results：The factors of hidden danger in operating room were obviously reduced after the measures had been adopted.Conclusion：Analysis of factors of hidden danger in operating room nursing is reasonable,the preventive measures are effective and may improve nursing quality.
