摘要
美军不论在高风险的战争中,还是在以实战为标准的严格训练中,都高度重视风险管理工作,有效降低了事故发生率。美军在应对各类复杂风险上积累了的丰富经验与做法,特别是在应对突发性事件方面采取的操作性较强的应对措施,值得我们认真研究,这对我国政府、企业及相关组织的风险管理工作具有重要的借鉴意义。
Both in the high-risk battles and in the strict training on the real-battle standard, the risk management is attached great importance to, which decreases the rate of accidents. The rich experience the American Army has accumulated from dealing with various kinds of complex risks, especially the practical measures taken in any emergency, are worth studying and of great significance to the risk management for the government organizations, enterprises and organizations alike in China.
