摘要
目的:总结单孔腹腔镜全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术(total extraperitoneal prosthesis,TEP)的初步体会。方法:采用经脐单孔套管装置及常规腹腔镜器械为3例患者施行TEP。结果:3例手术均获成功,手术时间与常规TEP相似,术后第2天出院,患者疼痛轻,无其他并发症发生。结论:经验丰富的微创外科医师选择合适的病例施行单孔TEP安全可行。
Objective：To summarize our preliminary experience in single-incision laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair. Methods ： We accomplished three cases of single-lncision laparoscopie totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair by transumbilical single-port Trocar device and conventional laparoscopic instruments. Results：The 3 operations were successful. The operative time was ahnost the same as conventional total extraperitoneal prosthesis （TEP）. Pa!ienls were discharged on the second day after the procedure,with minor pain and no other complications. Conclusions：Experienced m ini-iuvasive surgeon can accomplish single-inci- sion TEP operation safely and feasibly in seleclive patients.
