摘要
肝门部胆管癌当前仍是一个跨世纪性的治疗难题。手术切除是能治愈肝门部胆管癌的主要方法,但仅仅追求行根治切除是不够的,多种因素决定胆管癌远期的生存率。本文就肝门部胆管癌研究进展及存在问题作一综述。
At present, the treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma（HCC） is still a cross century challenge. Resection is the main method which can heal HCC, but radical resection is just not enough. The long - term survival rate of HCC is determined by a number of factors. This article reviews the remaining questions and current research progress of HCC.
