摘要
胜利油区盘40块隔夹层较发育,目前主要采用水平钻井工艺技术,因此对钻井液与固井水泥的质量要求较高。但由于缺乏相应配套的室内实验依据,现场方案难以实施。针对上述原因,以国际先进实验设备为载体,在现有行业标准的基础上,完善建立了钻井液与固井水泥室内综合动态评价方法,并对滤失量、侵入深度、渗透率伤害和恢复程度的参数进行了详细分析,为同类油藏室内准确评价钻井和固井质量和油气层保护措施的有效实施提供了技术平台和实验依据。
With well-developed barriers or interbeddings, horizontal drilling technology has been mainly applied to Pan 40 block of ShengLi Oil-field, so high quality of drilling mud and cementing concrete is required. Being short of relevant support laboratory testing reference, field project is difficult to be conducted. In view of above mentioned reasons, a comprehensive and dynamic laboratory evaluation method for drilling mud and cementing concrete, which is based on the existing industry standard, is established by means of advanced experimental apparatus. The parameters, such as filter loss, inversion depth, permeability damage and recovery degree, are analyzed in detail. The study results can supply technology platform and experimental basis for accurate laboratory evaluation of drilling or cementing quality and of effective implementation of reservoir protection programs.
