摘要
目的:观察健择联合顺铂时辰化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法:随机将56例晚期非小细胞肺癌分成时辰组(n=28)和对照组(n=28例),时辰组采用健择联合顺铂进行时辰化疗,对照组用健择联合顺铂进行常规方法化疗。对两组病例的疗效及毒副反应情况进行统计学分析。结果:时辰组疗效优于对照组,而毒副反应低于对照组。结论:健择联合顺铂时辰化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌能提高疗效、降低毒副反应。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects and side reactions of chrono--chemothera- py of gemcitabine plus cisplatin on nonsmall-cell lung cancer. Method： 56 cases of nonsmall-cell lung cancer （NSCLC） were randomly divided into chrono-chemotherapy group and control group which were treated by chrono-chemotherapy of gemcitabine plus cisplatin and conventional chemotherapy of gemcitabine plus cisplatin separately. The therapeutic effects and side reactions of these two groups were statistically analyzed. Results： The therapeutic effects of the chrono-chemotherapy group were better while the side reac- tions were less than that of the control group. Conclusion： Chrono-chemotherapy of gemcitabine plus cisplatin shows better therapeutic effects and less side reactions for patients with nonsmall-cell lung cancer.
