氦氧饱和暴露对2种菌株生长增殖的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Helium-oxygen Saturated Exposure on The Growth and Proliferation of 2 Kinds of Strains

摘要 目的探讨2.0MPa氦氧饱和暴露对实验菌群生长增殖状态的影响。方法采用2.0MPa高压暴露,设常压为对照,以铜绿假单胞杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为试验菌株,应用活菌计数方法,按不同暴露时间观察生长规律,进行比较。结果在观察的时相点内,铜绿假单胞杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌在2.0MPa氦氧饱和暴露条件下12h出现增殖高峰,活菌菌落数量与对照组差异无统计学意义;24h菌落数量达最高峰,24~72h活菌菌落数量较常压对照组显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论高气压环境暴露影响铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌生长增殖。 [ Objective ] To investigate the 2.0 MPa helium - oxygen saturated exposure influencing the growth and proliferation of experimental bacteria. [Methods] Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to 2.0 MPa saturated helium-oxygen were taken as experimental group, that under ordinary pressure as control group. The plate counting method was used to observe the growth of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus based on the different exposure times. The results were compared. [ Results] During the experiment, the first proliferation peak of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus appeared when cultured for 12 hours at 2.0 MPa of saturated He-oxygen, comparing with the control group, the difference of colonies was not significant. The highest proliferation peak appeared when cultured for 24 hours. The number of 24 - 72 h colonies in experimental group was signifieandy higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion ] Hyperbaric environment has effect on the growth and proliferation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.
