摘要
目的了解北京市房山区职业暴露人群人禽流感知识、态度和行为状况以及高致病性禽流感病毒(H5N1)的感染状况,为制定人禽流感防控措施提供科学依据。方法采取分层随机抽样方法选取201人作为样本,对其进行问卷调查,同时检测禽流感抗体。结果调查饲养人员109人,加工人员54人,其他人员38人。调查对象对人禽流感相关知识知晓率很低,随着文化程度提高,对禽流感相关知识的知晓率也提高;正确洗手法仅占4.35%,7项防护措施有5项均低于防护信念;在未采取防护措施原因中,"单位未提供"、"穿戴不舒服"、"认为没必要"为主要原因;流感疫苗接种率为4.98%,对200人进行H5N1血清学检测,结果抗体均为阴性。结论通过各种宣传教育方式提高房山区职业暴露人群人禽流感防治知识的知晓率,使其加强个人防护意识,确保全面防护,提高流感疫苗接种率,从而达到预防禽流感的最佳效果。
[ Objective] To understand the knowledge, attitudes and practice of human avian influenza and the infection status of highly pathogenic avian influenza virus ( H5N1 } among the occupational exposure group in Fangshan district of Beijing, provide scientific basis for making prevention and control measures of human avian influenza. [ Methods] 201 people selected by stratified random sampling were investigated with questionnaire, and the human avian influenza antibody was detected at the same time. [ Results] 109 feeders, 54 processing workers and 38 other workers were investigated. The awareness rate of human avian influenza knowledge among respondents was very low, and the awareness rate increased with the increasing of education level. Only 4.35% of respondent wash hands with right methods, 5 of 7 protective measures were lower than the protective belief. The major reasons for ab- sence of protective measures were "unavailable" , "wearing uncomfortable" , "be not necessary". The vaccination rate of influenza vaccine was 4.98%, and none of H5N1 antibody was found among 200 people by serological detection. [ Conclusion] The relevant measures should be carried out to obtain the best results of prevention and control of avian influenza, which included increasing the awareness rate of prevention knowledge of human avian influenza and strengthening the personal protection consciousness among the occupational exposure group through the implementation of various ways of health education, ensuring comprehensive proteetion , improving the vaccination rate of influenza vaccine.
