摘要
目的分析北京同仁医院东区耳、鼻、喉科静脉药物集中配液工作。方法回顾分析94 081份配置记录。结果不合理用药主要表现为配液浓度、药物用法、药物用量、药物配伍4种形式。药师干预成功率逐年提高。结论应重视药师审方制度,提高药物合理应用。
Objective A total of 94081 records on liquid preparation of intravenous admixture for ear, nose and throat were collected for the retrospective analysis in East District of Beijing Tongren Hospital. The irrational drug use mainly relates to dispensing concentration, usage, dosage and drug compatibility. The achievement ratio of pharmacist intervention is increased gradually every year. For improving rational use of drugs, the pharmacist should emphasize the prescription review.
