摘要
基于对中国山区乡村公路现状的深入调查,总结探讨了这类公路的主要特点及目前存在的问题。从建设的基本原则、路面结构层选择、桥涵与排水边沟设计、配套设施设置等方面提出了设计对策;从加强施工培训和监督管理、确保工程质量等方面提出了施工对策;从建立健全管养机构、加强使用管理、发展管养工作市场化等方面提出了使用管养对策。
Based on an in-depth investigation on status quo of mountain village roads in mainland of China, the main characteristics and problems of these roads are summarized. Firstly, the design countermeasures are put forward from aspects of principles and requests, selection of pavement structure, bridge and raceway design and related establishment. Secondly, the construction countermeasures are bring forward from strengthening construction training, supervise, management and engineering quality. Finally, the manage and maintain countermeasures are put forward from establishing and strengthening of manage and maintain framework, strengthen using management, development management and maintain market, etc.
