摘要
建立了白僵蚕多糖的甲醇提取法,采用正交设计,优化了提取工艺,并采用传统的热水提取法验证了新工艺的应用效果。结果表明,甲醇提取法可以有效的应用于白僵蚕多糖的制备。最佳工艺为:浸提温度55℃,浸提时间4h,提取次数2次,料液比1∶40。甲醇提取法提取的多糖得率为11.21%。而热水提取法的多糖得率为10.14%。甲醇提取法的多糖得率优于热水提取法。
The new technology of extraction by methanol was set up to prepare the crude polysaccharide from bombyx batryticatus. The orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction conditions and the traditional method of hot water extraction was applied to verify the applicability of the new technology. The results suggested that extraction by methanol was effectively applied in the preparation of bombyx batryticatus. The optimum conditions of extraction were as follows:extraction temperature of 60℃ ,extraction time of 4h,extraction time of 2,and solid-liquid rate of 1 : 40. The methanol extraction rate of polysaccharide from bombyx batryticatus was 11. 21%. The hot water extraction rate of polysaccharide from bombyx batryticatus was 10. 14%. The methanol extraction technology is better than the hot water extraction technology.
