摘要
探讨了印染废水和化工废水混合处理的一种新方法。掌握"分流分治、重在回用"的原则,通过对印染厂原有的污水处理构筑物的适当改建,采用管线调整、优化工艺等措施,实现了印染化工混合废水中的无色废水处理后回用于生产,有色废水达标排放的目标。在一套污水处理构筑物中设计了两条废水处理工艺线路,土方工程量小、基建费用低。
One new method to treat the mixed chemical waste water from dyeing and printing is discussed. Based on the prineiple of ＂each pipeline on its own characteristic and focusing on reclamation＂ and through suitable reconstruction about original sewage treatment construction, colorless wastewater of the mixed chemical waste water from dyeing and printing can be reused in production with colored waste water reaching the standards by pipeline readjustment and processes optimized and so on. Has designed two wastewater treatment craft line in a set of sewage treatment construction by use of this method, the earthwork is small with the capital construction expense lowered.
