摘要
提出了用于数控系统的无冲击快速进给插补算法及具有广泛应用前景的快速三角函数算法。由于前者的使用,减小了由柔性冲击造成的机床振动,并减少了辅助加工时间;采用后者,使五轴数控机床因A、C轴的旋转而产生的坐标变换的运算速度得到了大幅度提高。这两种算法已成功地应用于基于微机的五轴五联动数控系统。
Two new algorithms,non impact fast feed interpolation and fast trigonometric function algorithm are presented in this paper.By means of adopting the first method,the machine tool vibration caused by soft impact and the auxiliary time are obviously decreased.The second algorithm can greatly increase the speed of coordinate transformation caused by the rotation of A and C axes in a five axis CNC machine tool.Both algorithms have been successfully used in a PC based simultaneous five axis CNC system.
