摘要
针对目前煤矿安全监控系统普遍采用RS-485总线通讯存在的缺点,设计了基于CAN总线的煤矿安全监控系统,在分析了CAN总线的基本原理的基础上,详细介绍了基于CAN总线的煤矿安全监控系统的硬件设计和软件实现,解决了以往煤矿安全监控系统存在的实时性差,容纳的节点数少,通讯机制不灵活等缺点,在实践中取得了良好的效果。
In view of the current technical condition of MSSEUC that using RS-485 bus for communication, this paper designed a new MSSEUC based on CAN bus. Through analyzing the CAN bus principle, the paper introduced the hardware design and the software of the MSSEUC based on CAN bus, solved problems on having a poor real-time, containing fewer number of node, inflexible communication mechanism, it is more effective in practice.
