基于CAN-bus的船舶柴油机排气温度检测仪的设计

摘要 本文针对船舶柴油机排气温度的检测特点,设计了以控制器AT90CAN128为核心,以带冷节点补偿的热电偶放大器AD595和乘法器AD538为关键部件,基于CAN总线的高精度排气温度监测系统。系统利用CAN总线与上位计算机相连,不仅能够精确测量柴油机12缸的排气温度,而且还可以进行集中监控、参数设置、数据管理、以及温度超限报警功能,有效解决了传统仪表中测量精度不高和无法进行远程监控的问题。结果表明:该系统设计合理、精度高、性能稳定,达到了预期的设计目的,具有一定的实际应用价值。 According to the detection features of marine diesel engine exhaust temperature, the high-precision exhaust temperature monitoring system is designed based on MCU AT90CAN128, monolithic thermocouple amplifiers with cold junction compensation AD595, real-time analog computational unit AD538 and CAN-bus. The system not only can accurately measure the exhaust temperature of 12 cylinders, but also can carry On the centralism monitoring, the parameter establishment, the data management, as weli as temperature alarm. It is an effective solution to the low-precision problem of traditional instruments. The experiment results show that: The system design is reasonable with high precision, and has reached the designing requirement.
