摘要
为提高应急物资配送效率与可操作性,针对应急物资调度中面临的运输时间与货物量不确定问题,构建了基于广义粗糙集的应急物资多目标调度模型。引用广义粗糙集变量描述运输时间和货物量的不确定性,定义了粗糙加法运算、粗糙精度、粗糙比率与事件真度的计算公式。在粗糙目标函数的清晰化的设计中,针对运输时间不确定性,采用了基于粗糙加法运算的事件真度转换的方法;针对货物量的不确定性,采用了基于粗糙加法运算的综合粗糙精度与粗糙比率的转换方法。采用遗传算法对问题进行求解,并着重分析了粗糙比率的变化对结果的影响。仿真实验表明,粗糙比率对计算结果影响较为明显,其权重系数是实际应用的重要决策变量,模型具有可操作性,求解算法收敛性好。
To improve the efficiency and maneuverability of emergency disaster-relief commodity distribution with the imprecise transport time and quantity, a gengralized rough set based multi-object scheduling model for emergency disaster-relief commodity scheduling is established. The imprecise transport time and quatity are described by gengralized rough set variables. The calculation formulas of rough set addition operator, rough precision, rough ratio, event true degree are defined respectively. To the imprecise transport time, the rough set addition operator based method combing event true degree is adopted to the imprecise disaster-relief commodity quantity, the rough set addition operator based method combing rough precision and rough ratio is adopted. GA is employed to solve it, and the rough ratio influence for calculation result is analyzed. The simulation resuhs show that, the rough ratio influence on calculation result is obvious, its weighting is an improtant decision variable during practical application, the maneuverability of the model is obvious, and the convergence feature of the algorithm is good.
