摘要
根据高炉喷吹用煤的技术条件,选择适宜的煤种与潞安贫煤、贫瘦煤进行实验室混合煤喷吹试验,在试验的基础上确定混合煤的配比和粒度组成等工艺参数,为大幅度地提高高炉煤比创造条件。结果表明:首选煤是府谷鸿运煤,合理配比为30%-40%,其次是大同晋华宫煤,合理配比在40%左右;混合煤粉的适宜粒度为60%-70%。
According to the technical conditions of pulverized coal injection into blast furnace, the laboratory tests of mixed injection with Lu'an lean coal and meagre lean coal and other appropriate coal were tested. The process parameters of ratio and size were determined based on the tests, this creates the conditions for substantially increasing the coal ratio. The results showed that: the preferred coal is Fugu Hongyun coal, with the reasonable ratio of 30 % - 40 %, followed by the Datong coal produced in Jinhuagong, and the reasonable ratio is about 40% ; the appropriate mixture of pulverized coal particle size is of 60% - 70%.
