摘要 目的利用医学三维重建软件Mimics以及机械制图软件SolidWorks,以股骨远端骨折为例,探讨个性化的骨折数字钢板设计方法。方法制作九种股骨远端骨折类型,进行高速CT薄层扫描,在Mimics中完成骨折模型三维重建、复位,并进行三维测量;以Solidworks绘制内固定钢板、螺钉,并对钢板进行预弯,输出至Mimics完成虚拟内固定。结果a)股骨远端九种骨折类型均成功完成虚拟内固定;b)骨折三维模型的测量决定接骨钢板的预弯及内固定。结论应用Mimics及Solidworks可以完成个性化的股骨远端骨折数字钢板设计,本试验可作为其他骨折数字钢板设计的参考。 Objective To explore the methods of personalized digital plates for bone fracture by using medical three-dimensional reconstruction software of Mimics and mechanical drawing software of Solidworks,by taking the distal femoral fracture as an example. Methods Nine kinds of distal femoral fracture were made to be treated with CT scan, three-dimensional reconstruction and measured;The plates and screws were designed in Solidworks. The plates were prebended and exported to Mimics for virtual internal fixation. Results Firstly,nine kinds of bone frac ture models were performed internal fixational successfully;Secondly,the three-dimensional measurements descided the prebending and internal fixation of plates. Conclusion The personalized digital plates for distal femoral fracture could be designed in Mimics and Solidworks with a personal computer. Our experience could be used to design the digital plates for other bone fractures.
