摘要
为了解决330MW机组凝汽器中铜管在运行中结垢腐蚀的问题,保证机组的安全经济运行,铜管进行了氨基磺酸清洗、2-硫基苯骈噻唑(简称MBT)成膜处理。清洗成膜后效果明显,凝汽器端差明显降低,真空度上升,并提出了几条工程经验,为以后同类型凝汽器的氨基磺酸清洗MBT成膜工艺提供了一些经验和教训。
In order to solve copper tube scaling corrosion of condenser problem on 330 MW operating unit and undertake uints sally and economic run,the sulfamic acid cleaning and MBT film forming technology was used in copper tube of condenser. The effect is distinct, the end-wanting obviously reduced and vacuum rate rised. Some engineering experiences are proposed. It is provided some lessons and experience for the future in the type of condenser sulfamic acid cleaning and MBT film forming.
