摘要
"孝"是中国文化的一个重要部分,是从古至今儒学伦理道德的核心内容之一,它既是一种"(伦理)德行",也是一种文化现象。"孝"的适当地位是在"家"文化底下的一环,"孝"的合宜内涵包括"爱亲"、"尊亲""顺亲"和"事亲"。从哲理的角度探讨21世纪的新"孝"道之可能或可行面貌,应当以西方哲学诠释人际关系的合理因素"友爱",并把它作为当今建构新孝道的核心理念与要素。
Filial piety is an important part. of Chinese culture and one of the key points of Confucian ethic morality; we can either call it a ＂moral virtue＂ or a ＂cultural phenomenon＂. The proper status of ＂filial piety＂ is one of the main compositions under the ＂family＂ culture;the appropriate contents of ＂filial piety＂ is ＂to love parents,＂ ,＂to respect parents＂ ,＂to be obedient to parents＂ and ＂to serve parents＇;to explore the possibilities and viable aspects of the new ＂filial piety＂ in the twenty-first century, we should employ friendship （philia）, one of the reasonable elements of the interpretation of interpersonal relationships in Western philosophy, as the central concept and element of the contemporary construction of new filial piety.
