摘要
所谓动态控制是指投资开发过程的全过程控制,运用动态控制原理进行项目目标控制将有利于项目目标的实现,在房地产项目开发全过程,运用动态控制的方法确保实际成本不突破目标成本。本文结合笔者在房地产项目全过程控制工作中的实践,论述目标成本的确定,以及在各阶段动态控制成本的要点。
The so--called dynamic control refers to the whole process of investment and development process control, control theory using dynamic control of the project objectives will contribute to achievement of project objectives , the whole process in real estate project development,the use of dynamic control of the means to ensure that the actual cost of the target cost is not a break- through. In this article the author in the control of the whole process of real estate projects in practice dicusses the determination of target cost as well as dynamic control costs at all stages of the main points.
