摘要
本文在研究低碳城市内涵的基础上,结合厦门市空间形态、气候特征、人口分布等特点,就厦门市低碳城市建设,提出不同区域的规划策略。通过片区规划分解,将低碳城市的建设,按各片区的特点设定具体的规划建设要求,提出低碳生态城、低碳产业园、低碳农业园的建设规划。本文还从低碳建设项目布点、产业结构调整、可再生能源利用、低碳生活方式、生态城市建设、低碳技术研发等方面提出对策措施。本项研究工作,对厦门市在2020年实现低碳城市的规划目标,具有重要意义。
Based on the urban structure, the population distribution and the climate characteristic, the urban planning strategies of low--carbon city in different regions of Xiamen, were proposed in this paper. The construction of low--carbon city would have different goals for different districts. The construction plans for a low--carbon eco--town, a low--carbon industrial zone, and a low--carbon agricultural zone were proposed respectively. Some strategies on the layout of low--carbon projects, industry restructuring, the application of renewable energy, low--carbon lifestyle, eco--city construction, low--carbon technologies were also proposed. The research in this paper will have great significance for Xiamen to realize the goal of low--carbon city in 2020.
