摘要
近年来,随着火山岩勘探开发取得突破性进展,火山岩储层压裂改造已成为目前的研究热点之一。吐哈三塘湖盆地牛东区块卡拉岗组火山岩储层具有基质物性差、天然裂缝发育、温度压力低、水敏性强等特点,压裂施工时容易发生高滤失及砂堵等现象。通过室内研究和现场实验,形成了采用大排量、多段砂塞、低温低伤害压裂液技术相结合的压裂技术,该技术可以有效控制缝高、缝宽,能达到造长缝并有效沟通裂缝和孔洞的目的。现场实施压裂56井次,施工成功率85.7%,压裂有效率80%,平均单井日增油18.1t。
In Santanghu basin of Tuha oilfield,the volcanic formation of Kalagang(P1k)reservoir of Niudong block is characterized by complex lithology,natural fracture growth,low temperature and pressure,and strong water sensitivity.These features would result in high filtration and sand plug during hydraulic fracturing.In order to enhance the efficiency of fracturing,a new fracturing technology was proposed.This process includes large pump rate,multiple sand slug,and low-damage fracturing fluid suited for low temperature formation.The fracturing technology could control the height and width of fracture and make fracture and cavity connected.This technology had been applied in 56 wells.The success ratio was 85.7%,fracturing efficiency could reach 80%,and the average extra oil production per well was 18.1t/d.
