摘要
目前,版权危机在我国图书馆界呈多发态势,且影响加剧。为此,应该重视对版权危机管理这个图书馆管理新型范畴的研究与实践,掌握预防和化解版权危机的理论与对策。以诱发因素为标准,把图书馆版权危机分成若干类型,简述不同类型版权危机的相关法理和共同特征,并从防范及化解两个方面对图书馆版权危机管理进行思考。
At present, the copyright crisis in our country library showes multiple trend, and the effects are increased. Therefore, should take seriously the copyright crisis management in this new area of library management research and practice, and grasp the copyright crisis prevention and resolution method and the countermeasure. This paper takes the induces factor as a standard, divides the library copyright crisis into certain types, summarizes the different type copyright crisis＇s related legal principle theory of law and the common characteristis, and ponders the library copyright crisis management from the two aspects of preventing and reducing.
